By submitting content, you agree not to submit any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise violates the rights of any third party. You also agree not to submit any content infringing upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. If you encounter any content you believe violates our terms of service or is otherwise inappropriate, please report it to us immediately.

By submitting any content, such as text, images, videos, or any other material, to our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you retain ownership of the rights to your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with our services. To revoke this right, permanently delete your content from our services.&#x20;

# Open-Source Terms

#### BY USING A COOLSTONE OPEN-SOURCE PROJECT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS IN ADDITION TO THE COOLSTONE TERMS OF USE AND ANY APPLICABLE THIRD-PARTY TERMS. <a href="#id-0" id="id-0"></a>

These terms of service (the "Terms") apply to your use of any of our open-source software projects (the "Projects"). By using the Projects, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Projects.

# Subscription Terms

**BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:**

## 1. Subscriptions <a href="#id-1" id="id-1"></a>

### 1A. Billing Cycles <a href="#id-1a" id="id-1a"></a>

The Service is offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles depend on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal on your account management page.

### 1B. Payment Methods <a href="#id-1b" id="id-1b"></a>

A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process your subscription payment. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

### 1C. Third-Party Terms <a href="#id-1c" id="id-1c"></a>

Subscriptions and payments are handled by [Stripe](https://stripe.com) and are governed by their [terms of service ](https://stripe.com/legal)and [privacy policy](https://stripe.com/privacy).

## 2. Free Trials <a href="#id-2" id="id-2"></a>

At our sole discretion, we may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the Free Trial.

## 3. Fee Changes <a href="#id-3" id="id-3"></a>

We reserve the right to change the Subscription fees at any time and will communicate any fee changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes.

## 4. Data Collection <a href="#id-4" id="id-4"></a>

If you choose to purchase a subscription, Stripe will securely store your email address and a valid payment method.

## 5. Refunds <a href="#id-5" id="id-5"></a>
